September 2021 - This video was made during United States Taekwondo's belt promotion test. Students show their abilities and break boards to progress to the next level in their journey to black belt. I wanted to capture the kids' power, strength, and focus while breaking boards and giving it their very best. Master James Lockett owns and operates United States Taekwondo located in Austin, Texas. I tried to match each hit and each board break to the beat of the song, further illustrating the power and fun of board breaking.
